Saint Anne's MOMs

"We are mothers of Saint Anne’s Parish.  Together with our children, we seek to grow spiritually, create friendships, provide support and connect with the community through faith, fellowship, family, recreation and service.”

Saint Anne’s MOM’s sponsors a Wednesday morning playgroup for moms and their young children called Coffee & Kids, which includes arts & crafts, circle time with songs, field trips and special events.  Families who participate are connected with each other through Couples’ Nights, family events and nights out just for the dads.

Saint Anne’s MOMs is active in supporting efforts in the Parish.  We run the Plant Sale at Spirit Day each year and we collectively provide food and gifts for families at Thanksgiving and Christmas through Saint Anne’s Loaves and Fishes ministry.  We offer support to the young expecting moms at Regina Residence, a women's shelter, and we also support families in our parish who are experiencing difficulties, often sending meals to their homes.

Saint Anne’s MOM’s sponsors a Faith & Friendship group which meets monthly and we also encourage participation in the Couples’ Masses celebrated at Saint Anne’s.  We pray together and discuss topics that are relevant to us as mothers raising young Catholic families today.

If you’re interested in joining this dynamic young group, please contact Parish Social Ministry at 352-5904 or e-mail lindaleone@stannesgc.org.
