Ministry of Consolation
Dedicated and compassionate parishioners offer the prayers and support of the parish to families who have lost a loved one.  Companions assist families immediately after their loss, meeting with them and helping to plan the funeral liturgy for their loved one with selections of readings and music.  Greeters attend the Mass of Christian Burial to help guide the family and offer their prayerful support and other volunteers bake cakes for the families and send them along with the prayers of our faith community.
