Eucharistic Ministers
The priests and deacons of Saint Anne’s are assisted in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass by lay persons serving as Extraordinary Ministers. Some of these ministers also participate in our ministry to the homebound, bringing Communion to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass. Extraordinary Ministers are scheduled to serve at Mass once or twice a month.
Parishioners who feel called to bring Christ to others in this way and wish to learn more about becoming an Extraordinary Minister may contact Sr. Judy Golden at srjudy@stannesgc.org or call (516) 352-5904. Training is provided by the Diocesan Office of Worship two times per year.
