After the presentation there will be ample time for people to network with one another. Whatever your current employment status, setting good goals is a strategy for life that stands the test of time. Any who are interested in continuing the process of developing plans based on their personal goals will be welcome to attend follow-up workshops on this topic. The Saint Anne's Respite Care Program provides wonderful evenings of fun and friendship for children who have special needs from the age of 5 through young adulthood. The program meets on various Friday evenings at Saint Anne's througout the school year. It is centered on the relationship between the special children and their volunteer buddies, both teens and adults, who partner with them for a light dinner and some great activities, which include sports, music, games and arts and crafts. January 24, 2016 - January 24, 2016	2:00PM	January Movie at Saint Anne's Women & Spirit: Catholic Sisters in America 2015-2016 has been designated as "Year for Consecrated Life" by Pope Francis. It celebrates the many groups of religious women and men who serve the church. The film, "Women & Spirit: Catholic Sisters in America", is a 54 minute documentary that gives an overview of the history of women religious in the United States and their contributions to the growth of the country. It tells the story of sisters as pioneers, instritution-builders, educators, healthcare professionals, innovators and courageous advocates for justice in all realms of society. It is narrated by Cokie Roberts and features interviews with historians, journalists and sisters bringing to life the inspiring story of woemn who have greatly helped to shape the American landscape. Using rare archival photgraphs, video, film and new history unearthed through the research process, the documentary is a vibrant journy from the arrival of the first sisters in 1727 to sisters working in surprising ways today! The Diocese of Rockville Centre requires that seventh grade students be presented with a class on chastity. In order to fulfill this curricular requirement, Faith Formation students will be shown an age appropriate video, also by Pam Stenzel, on the same topic.

It celebrates the many groups of religious women and men who serve the church. The film, "Women & Spirit: Catholic Sisters in America", is a 54 minute documentary that gives an overview of the history of women religious in the United States and their contributions to the growth of the country. It tells the story of sisters as pioneers, instritution-builders, educators, healthcare professionals, innovators and courageous advocates for justice in all realms of society. It is narrated by Cokie Roberts and features interviews with historians, journalists and sisters bringing to life the inspiring story of woemn who have greatly helped to shape the American landscape. Using rare archival photgraphs, video, film and new history unearthed through the research process, the documentary is a vibrant journy from the arrival of the first sisters in 1727 to sisters working in surprising ways today!
